STUDENTS: In order to prepare for the National Spanish Examination, useful links include:
- past examinations (including examinations from 2006 to the present)
- practice exercises (including vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and listening comprehension)
Regular registration for the 2019 National Spanish Examinations is open and will continue until January 31st.
A late registration period for teacher’s who miss regular registration will be held from February 15, 2019 through February 25, 2019. To register please visit http://www.nationalspanishexam.org and click on the registration tab at the top of the page.

**** ATTENTION ALL PARTICIPATING TEACHERS ****
To participate in the Long Island local chapter for prizes related to NSE participation you must register with Chapter 39.
Please make sure that the email address that you give when registering can receive mail from gmail.com as that is the server the local chapter uses for correspondence and for reporting scores locally.
Teachers New to the NSE can join a Mailing List for updates from the National Office. To be on the mailing list, go to: http://www.quia.com/nseprereg. Teachers who have participated in the past are automatically on the mailing list for updates.
CHAPTER PRIZE STRUCTURES
If you would like to participate in your NSE chapter contest, a listing of chapter prize structures can be accessed by visiting http://www.nationalspanishexam.org/index.php/about-us/chapters-and-coordinators. Registering for the chapter contest is optional but enables your students to compete for chapter prizes which vary from chapter to chapter.
